Dream Diamond Joka is built as a 100-unit community with a distinctive prism-shaped roof design across every home, Amantran is a smaller, boutique collection of 126 row bungalows, and Arrjavv Hazelburg offers 3 and 4 side open bungalow formats as part of a larger campus that also includes villas and apartments. It really comes down to whether you'd rather have a dedicated bungalow-only community or a bungalow within a more mixed-format development, and we're happy to help you think that through.

All three are currently under construction. Amantran has the nearest possession date at June 2026, Arrjavv Hazelburg's phases are delivering between October 2025 and April 2026, and Dream Diamond Joka's possession is targeted for November 2028.

Honestly, bungalow-format homes generally have thinner resale comparables than standard flats, simply because there are fewer of them on the market at any given time, so we'd encourage you to think of this as a space and lifestyle-led purchase first. That said, a low-density, individually laid-out home in a corridor with an actively extending metro line can still hold genuine long-term appreciation potential, especially if you're planning to hold rather than flip.

This tends to be a self-occupancy decision, chosen by buyers who specifically want more privacy, an individual entry and greater layout control than a tower flat offers, often families upgrading from an apartment or buyers who've already decided early on that shared-building living isn't for them. We're happy to talk through whether that matches your own priorities before you shortlist.
